Full-3D IMU 9DOF

The Full-3D IMU 9DOF is a new complete inertial platform with all degrees of freedom, low-power wireless communication (ZigBee® and IEEE 802.15.4 compatible) and processing on-board.

IMU 8DOF

IMU 8DOF is a unique inertial sensing unit that combines the latest advances in MEMS sensor design, wireless communication and low-power microcontrollers. It provides accurate and detailed motion information, a dedicated microcontroller for writing application-specific software, and a separate System-on-Chip (SoC) solution for ZigBee® and IEEE 802.15.4 wireless networking. IMU 8DOF represents the ultimate solution for building intelligent and distributed wireless networks of inertial sensors, enabling a large range of applications in healthcare and wellbeing, sports and entertainment, industrial safety, asset monitoring, automotive and intelligent transportation systems.

IMU Gateway

IMU Gateway connects a wireless network of IMU 8DOF boards to the PC. IMU Gateway is used for data collection and signaling of events to the end user.

SMART

SMART is an innovative monitoring system for leak detection in water pipe networks. SMART can monitor simultaneously up to four pipe networks, with lengths between 20 and 3500 meters for networks using a resistive NiCr cable of 6 ?/m . The leaking point is localized with a maximum error of 0.2% from the network length. In addition, SMART also detects early humidity states that lead later on to leaking.

Key features:

  • Real-time detection of humidity states and leaking points, with 0.2% maximum localization error.

  • Application software for remote data transmission and update/configuration.

  • Storage space for recording and logging data: 512 kB.

  • Compact, easy to use mobile device.

  • Extended operating temperature range: -20 to +70°C.
